1. Service Description

Carpincho is a waitlist and future language-learning app for Rioplatense (Argentinian) Spanish, operated by Steffen Giebler, 52N34S Group, Berlin, Germany. The app itself is not yet available; this site collects waitlist signups.

2. Waitlist

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive occasional emails about Carpincho's launch and related content. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting privacy@52n34s.com.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in Carpincho — including the website, name, logo, and design — remains the exclusive property of Steffen Giebler / 52N34S Group.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit false information, spam the waitlist form, or attempt to disrupt or scrape the website.

5. No Warranty

This website and the waitlist service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind regarding launch timing, features, or availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability shall not exceed €10.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. EU consumers retain mandatory protections under their country of residence.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is always at carpincho.app/terms.
